For the team at Mahayana, music is not just a detail, it’s a guiding principle, a way of life. We will encourage exploration in this field through music workshops led by professional musicians, specializing in everything from percussion and violin to the lute and the guitar. Not only will there be workshops, but also small circle concerts where the intimacy of the environment is compounded by the evocative nature of the music.

Speaking of nutrition: the Mediterranean diet features prominently in everyday life in Greece, and we encourage our guests to explore their own connection with this way of dining and its benefits through nutrition workshops and our organic garden. All guests, regardless of cooking background, can benefit from our workshops, learning about Aegean food, local plants and herbs, and a holistic way of eating and nourishing the body that will remain with you even after you’ve returned home.
